SGA Students

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, four of our dedicated SGA members/officers attended the NC Association of Student Councils Central District Fall Conference 2024 at Southern Alamance High School in Graham, North Carolina. This year's theme is "Lighting the Fires of Leadership". During the general sessions, we were able to hear from a former graduate of Southern Alamance, Ms. Lauren Berryhill and a local native from Fayetteville's Pine Forest High School, Ms. Crystal Walker. Both shared their stories about how they became a leader in their community. Our Falcons participated in various Skillshop sessions and Operation Gratitude Service Project. This was a community service project adopted by the conference. This service project allowed our students to show their appreciation to our servicemen around the country by writing heart felt words of encouragement in Thank you cards. Let's not forget the entertainment by Southern Alamance's Drumline and SAHS Dance Company.
Thank you SGA representatives, Sa'nai Lewis-DeWalt, Brielle Sanders, Trinity Davis and Terrance Davis, for a job well done representing Seventy-First SGA.
